Rogue Chocolatier, in NE Mpls., is the first true bean to bar artisan chocolate maker in the Upper Midwest, sourcing the finest single source cacao from around the world. We use the Hispaniola chocolate because of its smooth chocolate flavor and hints/tones of licorice, burnt orange and cherry. These particular beans are fermented and sun-dried by a small cooperative in the Dominican Republic.
