In order to produce the freshest quality all-natural ice cream possible, we focus on sourcing our ingredients from local farmers and businesses who are committed to conservation efforts and the advancements of food integrity. We start with cream top (non-homogenized) organic milk and cream sourced directly from a local family farm. All of our berries used in the ice cream and sorbets are local and organically grown, frozen at their peakness and used throughout the season. The baked goods in our ice cream (e.g., brownies), are from Fireroast Mountain Café who share our same local and organic values.
In addition, we do not purchase bases or mixes pre-made, everything here is made from scratch. In the age of processed foods, it’s good to have a homemade treat that is wholesome, delicious, and brings us back to the way food should be. Enjoy!
